Earn while you learn as a BASF Apprentice

At BASF, we create chemistry for a sustainable future. We face challenges today that are more complex than ever before. Finding solutions to them is only possible when we work together, drawing on diverse skills, backgrounds and ways of thinking.

That’s why we developed the North American Apprenticeship Development Program (NAADP). As an apprentice at one of our manufacturing sites, you will receive up to three years of on-the-job training while earning an industry-recognized credential in a highly sought out career in manufacturing. BASF pays apprentices a competitive wage and covers the cost of tuition, books and fees related to the credential earned while in the program. Upon completion of the program, apprentices are considered for full-time positions.

Investing in you helps us create chemistry for a sustainable future, and because the world needs creative solutions, we need you.
